Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Standard Shipping/ Express Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days, shipment will be picked the next day.

Note: There might be delays affecting delivery times during the holidays due to high volumes. 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are charged on a flat fee based on lead time option. Rates will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as J&T Express to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification to inform you on the status of your parcel and shipment's progress. 

6. Delays & Lost Packages

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at our email address pawpurrfectandco@outlook.sg. 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with photos for a resolution.
