1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items, such as Toys, Perishable products, etc. may not be eligible for returns.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping services, as we are not liable for lost returns.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank statement or payment account.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider; processing times may vary.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received a refund, please do contact us.
